How Do I log into the dialer?

Predictive Dialer sign in – Initial Sign in

  • Click link to invitation
  • Fill out invite
  • Email address
  • Choose own password
  • Confirm password
  • Enter full name
  • Phone number
  • Click signup button

 

  • Redirected to Agent login page- After creating account and subsequent phoning.
  • Enter Email address
  • Enter password
  • Click Login button
  • Choose Campaign you are calling

  • Choose Campaign you are calling

  • Go to dropdown menu and change “Not Ready” to “Ready”

 

  • Start taking calls.
  • Mark the appropriate responses
    • non-contact codes (blue/orange boxes) ; mark the appropriate box if you did not reach the voter
    • survey questions if you spoke with the voter and are able to assess his/her response
  • Hit save results
  • Dialer will generate next call
  • The two green dots on the bottom left will let you know that dialers are working
