#
Ingredients that you need to get started:

Logging in with a phone (cellphone or landline): If you don’t have a headset or your internet connection isn’t very good, you can use your computer or tablet to see information and mark responses and use a phone for the conversations
Make a test call or two to make sure you are familiar with the system and have good sound quality. In the upper right part of the screen, click on the Manual Call button. Choose the manual calls campaign from the dropdown, fill in the 10-digit number of someone you want to call, and click on Dial.![]() Follow the instructions on screen to end the call. |

Your internet connection: Most internet connections are strong enough to let one or two people phone on this system with no problems. If you do have issues, here are some things to check.

Basic troubleshooting:
Working as a team: You will be phoning as part of a team, even if you’re not in the same room. It is very important that you stick to the team schedule for when to start and stop phoning and when to take breaks. The system works best when everyone is on the same schedule. |
Communications: If you are working remotely, it is extra important that you have good communications with your team and the people in charge of the program. Make sure that you understand how to join planning meetings, where you can see what the schedule is, and who to reach out to during phoning if questions come up that you can’t answer |
